for my forever and always,
for my forever and always,

There is something uniquely profound about women friendship that I have always held so dearly. It is like a language of our own, with shared code names and secrets that only we can decipher; the knowing glances across crowded rooms, followed by our muffled laughs.  It is the kind of bond that feels less like a choice, but more of a fate – that we were destined to be in each other’s life.

Even if time stretches long and silence settles in, for some unexplained reasons, our friendship remains the same. The moment we see each other again, we can easily sit in heavy silences, each other’s presence comforting our tired hearts from battling our own challenges and obstacles in life – unspoken yet understood.

"Beh, pahiram libro."

It's fascinating how our friendship started from us borrowing books from each other, reading together while waiting for our next class in High School. We would always share our favorite books, laugh at our favorite jokes, and quote our favorite lines. Little did we know we would be witnessing each other write our own stories in life.

She really is the kind of book that you cannot put down; the book you can never set aside, eager to know what the lies ahead. She is the kind of book that pulls you in from the very first line, with every chapter filled with twists, wisdom, and heart. Her personality doesn’t just defeat any storyline ever written—it is her alone that makes the book so exciting. Perhaps that’s why we’ve always cherished books written by women, as she is the living embodiment of all the complexity these stories try to capture.

She is the novel made beauty, a masterpiece ready to inspire the world.

As we transcend into new stages of our lives, not one filler is forgotten. We continue to hold each other’s spaces as we evolve through twist and transitions.

Surely, if my life ever tore apart, I’d trust you with the stitches, weaving every thread with gentle hands only you could have - only you could stitch the pieces of me back together.

Happy birthday, bestiekelz! <3
